BITTERSWEET CHOCOLATE MOONS
1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup walnuts
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Put all into food processor and blend until a ball forms. Chill one hour.
WHEN READY TO BAKE:
Form into 12 balls and shape into crescent moons; place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 300 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes 12 cookies
