BLACKENED CHICKEN FETTUCCINI ALFREDO
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. white pepper
Cajun seasoning to taste
1 pound of boneless chicken breasts, sliced
1 jar Alfredo sauce
fettuccini noodles, cooked
Mix all the spices together and sprinkle on top of the chicken.
In a skillet cook the chicken until cooked all the way through.
Pour in the Alfredo sauce and cook with the chicken on low heat until it boils adding Cajun seasoning to taste.
Put the noodles in and mix cooking for about 10 minutes more.
