BLOODY MARY SALAD
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup water
1 cup Bloody Mary cocktail mix
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
Sprinkle gelatin in water; heat slowly until gelatin is dissolved.
Stir in cocktail mix; chill until the consistency of unbeaten egg white.
Stir in onion and celery; pour into a 2-cup mold or 4 individual molds. Chill until firm.
Makes 4 servings
