Recipe(tried): Blue Cheese Chopped Salad

I made this recipe and it turned out pretty good. However, it says it makes "4 Entree Size Portions". OMG! It made a ton!!!!! I only made a half batch, and it was still too much. I also think it needed more pecans & blue cheese, but other than that it was pretty good. Next time, I will make a fourth batch (unless I'm taking it for a carry-in).
