Recipe: Breaded Italian Party Chicken Wings

BREADED ITALIAN PARTY WINGS

12 to 15 chicken wingettes
1 cup Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 (.7 oz) pkg. dry Italian salad dressing mix
1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. dry red pepper flakes
1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
Non-stick cooking spray
Ranch dressing and favorite hot sauces (for serving)

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Coat shallow baking pan with cooking spray.

Mix all dry ingredients together and set aside.

Lightly beat eggs. Dip wings into egg mixture, then coat with breading. Place in baking pan. Once all wings are breaded lightly coat wings with cooking spray.

Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes, turning half way through, till meat is no longer pink near bone.

Serve with ranch dressing and favorite hot sauces for dipping.
