Recipe: Buffalo Wings with Red Hot Honey Glaze

3 pounds chicken wings, tips removed and split at the joint
melted butter
FOR THE RED HOT HONEY GLAZE:
Buffalo Red Hot Honey Barbecue Sauce:
1 cup good quality barbecue sauce
1/2 cup honey
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
blue cheese dressing (to serve, optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Sprinkle wings with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Baste with a little butter. Place chicken wings in a 12x16-inch pan, in one layer.
Bake in a 350 oven for 40 minutes, basting now and again with the juices in the pan.
Combine the Honey Glaze ingredients in a glass jar and stir to blend. Continue baking chicken and basting with glaze for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender and deeply colored.
Serve with your favorite Blue Cheese Dressing, if desired.
Make extras as these are habit forming.
