Recipe(tried): Breakfast Parfait (using fruit, yogurt and graham cracker crumbs)

BREAKFAST PARFAIT
(Diabetic Friendly)

1 cup artificially sweetened yogurt
6 pecan halves, chopped
1 small banana, sliced
3 tbsp. wheat germ
3 graham crackers (2 1/2-inch squares)

Crush graham crackers and mix with wheat germ. Set aside.

Layer yogurt, pecans, banana, and wheat germ mixture in a parfait glass.
