*I have tried this recipe several years ago, but since my husband has developed an allergy to shellfish, I no longer prepare seafood recipes that aren't fish.
SHRIMP AND PEA SALAD
(Diabetic Friendly)
1 (16 oz.) package frozen green peas, thawed
1 tsp. dill
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain yogurt
Mix all ingredients together.
Makes 4 servings
