Recipe: Breakfast Pizza
Breakfast and Brunch Breakfast Pizza
1 lb. ground pork or sausage 1 C. cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated 1 C. mozzarella cheese
crescent rolls
1/2 C. bacon (cooked & crumbled) 5 eggs
(about 6 slices) 1/4 C. milk
1/2 C. mushrooms 2 TB. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. ground pork or sausage 1 C. cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated 1 C. mozzarella cheese
crescent rolls
1/2 C. bacon (cooked & crumbled) 5 eggs
(about 6 slices) 1/4 C. milk
1/2 C. mushrooms 2 TB. Parmesan cheese
Brown pork or sausage in a skillet; drain. Press crescent rolls in an 11x13-inch brownie pan. Spoon meat over crust and top with bacon, mushrooms, and cheese. In a bowl beat together eggs and milk. Pour over cheeses and spread Parmesan over all. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
