Recipe: Brown sugar substitute

Tips and Tricks - Cooking
According to the source for food substitutions that I use, you can "make" 1 cup of light brown sugar by using 1 cup of granulated sugar with 1 tablespoon of molasses. For dark brown sugar, use two tablespoons molasses to 1 cup granulated sugar.

Have a safe trip!
