The Famous Snoopy Salad... I worked at Harrah's, including the Seafood Cove in the 1980's, and I am looking at my original notes from then. Here you go..Toss lettuce (not 100% it was all butter as it was sent to us from the main kitchen), tomato wedges, scallions, crab meat, prawns, with a vinaigrette. Put on a large lettuce leaf, garnish with 2 pickled white aspaargus spears, 2 avacado wedges and a lemon wedge. The combo was great, but the REAL SECRET is the vinaigrette. I happened to find the recipie one day as I was in the main kitchen office. It has appx. 20 ingredients!! I am looking for it in my notes. Enjoy the original.
