Recipe(tried): Brussel sprouts

Misc.

My family does not normally like brussel sprouts but I made a recipe last Thanksgiving very similar to this one only it was a white sauce with cream cheese melted into it and it was very good.....did not even have leftovers that time......You could just substitute your sourcream with creamcheese.....I personally would prefer the sourcream but the rest of my family loves the creamcheese......
