Recipe: Brussel sprouts

I replied to the recipe for brussel sprouts but after reading you request, ifyou are going to serve it with lamb I would suggest that you steam the brussel sprouts and then when they are hot, put a Greek vinagrette over them. This this would go over great with lamb and would not be so rich either.....
