Thank You: thanks all for advice on Brussel sprout!

Misc.

Guys,

Since I only have about 20 small Brussel Sprouts, I think I will use SGK's suggestion this time. ^__^ And I will make a X at the buttom of them. Now it did remind me that most Brussel Sprouts I ate so far had "X" at the buttom. If this works well, I will buy more more next time to use the sour cream recipe. That recipes looks so yummy but it calls for "2 pt."! It will be a challenge in this Aisan household for the first trial! I am going to make the grilled honey glazed lamb cutlets with rosemary, Irish style mashed potatoes (This has always been a fav. here!), Brussel sprouts, and roast marinated eggplants. I will bake an apple pie as dessert. (I have made the crust yesterday!) Chris said that he will bring back a bottle of wine to go with the food! Sounds yummy and I can't wait! I like trying new food. Thanks for all the advice!

ps: SGK, we are here to help each other out! So don't you worry!
pps: This is not for a special event...
