Board: What's For Dinner?

Hi all, I got this recipe from one of the news groups. The person who posted this recipe said "they are simply the best Buffalo Wings I have ever had." She said it's from the Family Channel website. I think I will try it sometime this week, if I get some chicken wings.... It does look very simple and delicious to me. Anyone ever tried it before?

THE BEST BUFFALO WINGS

3 lbs. chicken wings or drummets
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup Red Hot Hot Sauce (available in most supermarkets)

In a small saucepot melt the butter with the hot sauce over medium heat.
When heated through remove the pot from the stove and set aside. Bake or
deep fry the chicken wings until cooked through. While the wings are still
hot pour the sauce over the wings. Toss well to coat. Serve with blue Cheese
Dipping Sauce.

BLUE CHEESE DIPPING SAUCE

3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
3 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
1 T. scallions, chopped
pepper, to taste

In a small mixing bowl combine all of the ingredients. Chill well before
serving.
