HAWAIIAN MUSTARD
1 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup drained crushed pineapple
1/4 cup flaked coconut
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Mix ingredients together in a small bowl.
Transfer to a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
Age in a cool dark place for 2 weeks, then refrigerate.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups
