Recipe: Cake flour Substitution

Hello Barbara,

I looked this up in my good old Better Homes and Gardens Cookbook and it says that the substitution for cake flour is:

1 Cup Cake Flour=
1 Cup minus 2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour

I hope this works for you!
