Recipe(tried): California Avocado Zucchini Soup

This recipe is terrific - I added juice of 1/2 lemon when the soup had cooled, served it chilled with a garnish of a thin slice of lemon and it was delightful on a hot summer day - great for kosher cooks who want a cold soup to serve with meat.
