Recipe: Canapes of Pumpernickel, Smoked Salmon, Cucumber and Dill

CANAPES OF PUMPERNICKEL, SMOKED SALMON, CUCUMBER & DILL
(Design eye-appealing finger sandwiches in minutes.)

Cut out rounds of pumpernickel bread.

Slice up bits of smoked salmon.

Shave stripes into cucumber peel and then slice into wheels.

Zest lemon.

Season cream cheese with salt, lemon zest and fresh dill. Spread cream cheese on pumpernickel.

Dress finger sandwiches with salmon, cucumber, piped cream cheese and dill.
