Hi Carolyn I'd be really interested to hear what you and your husband think about the "lite" coconut milk after you try it.

I have a new cookbook called "Hot Sour Salty Sweet" by Jeffrey Alford and Naomi Duguid that features Thai, Vietnamese, and other SE Asian food. This is one of the most interesting (and beautiful) cookbooks and I highly recommend it if you like to cook and eat these foods.
