CARRABAS CAESAR SALAD DRESSING
This is the closest i have come to getting it, very delicious!!!! Must try
1 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 egg (pasteurized)
2 Tbsp. dried parsley (or handful of fresh)
2 to 3 cloves of garlic
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp . anchovy paste
pinch of sugar
salt and pepper (to taste)
tiny bit of water if you want it thinner
Mix all ingredients together and let sit in fridge for at least an hour before serving.
