Recipe(tried): Cathedral Window Fudge - I made this with my ESL class...

Desserts - Candy, Chocolate
I made this with my ESL class and to say they loved it would not begin to express how they felt about it.

I have made a lot of food for a lot of people for a lot of years, but with this there was a reaction to the cookies I have never experienced. After I sliced the logs into cookies and arranged them on a plate, several of my students took pictures of it!

I wrote the recipe out into a more complete step-by-step process, and we made it in the classroom. A couple of them said they are brave enuf to try this "Canadian" food at home for their homestay families. I guess I'll hear how it went when the class reconvenes in January!

Thanks for the cool recipe, and merry Xmas to you, Betsy!
