Recipe(tried): Cenci Italian Fried Twists

Beat three eggs until frothy with 2 tablespoons of sugar,pinch of salt,and 1 tablespoon Curaco.

Add gradually 2 cups flour sifted with 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder , and work in a generous teaspoon of soft butter.

The dough should be soft but add more flour to make it stiff enough to knead.

Knead dough until it is smooth, cover it and let it rest for an hour.

Divide dough in half and roll out each into a thin rectangle. Cut strips less than 1" Wide and 5" long.
Twist the strips and set them aside for 10 minutes.

Fry the twists a few at a time at 370* Drain on paper sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.

I don't know if this satisfies what the original requester
wanted but it was all I could dig up. Good Luck.
