We enjoyed Chicken Enchiladas and Spanish Rice from our new friend Jackie last night. Delicious!
My vegetarian DD loved the rice - the cumin made it extra special. DH and football player DS ate up the enchiladas - luckily I was able to serve myself before they polished it off!
