Recipe: CHICKEN MARINADES

Misc.

CHICKEN MARINADE1 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. water
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 tsp. ginger

Marinate chicken parts (or pork, beef, etc.) at least 24
hours.
Lift out of marinade, arrange in a single layer on a
foil lined cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 45 minutes
depending on size of pieces.
Marinade can be refrigerated and reused.
Nice appetizers using chicken wings.

CHICKEN MARINADE

1 c. oil
2 c. vinegar
3 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 Tbsp. pepper
1 large or 2 small eggs

Combine all ingredients. Shake well or whip.
