CHICKEN SPAGHETTI
1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti noodles, uncooked
1/4 cup butter
1/2 large onion
1 (8 ounce) package Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 (20 ounce) can Ro-Tel
4 skinned chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cook spaghetti and place in a 9x13-inch dish coated with vegetable spray.
Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat; add onion and saute 3 minutes or until tender.
Add Velveeta and Ro-Tel to skillet, stirring until cheese melts.
Stir in chicken and soup until blended. Pour over spaghetti.
Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
