Recipe(tried): Chicken Tickas (barbecue)

Chicken Tickas(barbecue)

1 tsp dried coriander
2 tsp red chilli pwdr
2 tsp red colour
3 tsp garam masala(should be available in any shop that carries indian ingredients)
1 1/4 cup yogurt
2 1/2 tsp ginger paste
2 1/2 tsp garlic paste
3 tsp salt

Mix all these ingredients together. Add 2 Tblsp oil and mix well again. Cut chicken into bite size pcs (2 1/2 lbs). Marinate overnight. Put pieces on skewers the next day and grill barbecue till well cooked. Serve with onion rings and lemon wedges.
