RED CROSS PASTA CHILI MAC
1/2 pkg. (8 oz.) Red Cross Ready Cut Macaroni
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
3 tbsp. fat or drippings
1 (No. 2 1/2) can tomatoes
1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cumin powder
1/2 bay leaf
Dash of pepper
1 (No. 303) can kidney beans, drained & rinsed
Cook macaroni as directed; drain.
Melt fat or drippings in heavy skillet. Add onion, garlic and ground beef and brown lightly.
Add tomatoes, chili powder, salt, oregano, cumin powder, bay leaf, pepper, and mixing well. Simmer for one hour.
Add kidney beans. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Pour over cooked macaroni and serve immediately.

Hopefully someone will have the exact recipe you're looking for. In the meantime, maybe you can tweak this recipe. By omitting the chili powder and kidney beans I think you'll have what may be the spaghetti sauce recipe they used. Please share the recipe with us if you find it.
