Recipe(tried): Christmas cake (Zelten)

Christmas cake - "zelten"

For two cakes:
400 grms self raising flour
120 grms sugar
2 eggs, large
120 grms butter
some milk
some orange liqueur
400 grms sliced dried figs
150 grms each of nuts, almonds and hazelnuts
100 grms raisins pine seeds

Beat smoothed butter and sugar weel together, add eggs and flour, If too stiff add some milk. Then put in some orange liqueur (the amount depends upon your taste and if the "eaters" are adults). Add to this compound the figs and the nuts and almonds: you obtain a very stiff mass. Put in two buttered and flowered baking-pans, decorate with some nuts amd almonds and put in pre-heated oven at 180 C for at least 30 minutes.
