Recipe(tried): Coca Cola Chicken

Coca Cola Chicken

4 chicken breast fillets, or thighs
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup Coca Cola
1/4 cup brown sugar - packedCombine Coca Cola and tomato sauce well.
Lay chicken pieces in baking tray.
Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Pour sauce mixture over chicken and let stand, refrigerated, for 1/2 to 1 hour.
Heat oven to 180*C (350*F)
Cook chicken until no longer pink, about 45 - 50 minutes, turning occasionally.
