Here is one for the crock pot
Coca Cola Roast
Serving Size : 8
1 1/2 lb beef roast
garlic salt
coca cola-enough to cover roast
salt and pepper
3 tbl cookin oil
1 1/2 cups ketchup
Salt, pepper and garlic salt roast well. Sear on all sides in oil. Remove from pan and drain excess fat and place in crockpot. Pour coke and ketchup (1 to 1/2c) over roast to cover. Cook on low all day
