Recipe: Cole Slaw (re: Grandma's Cole Slaw Dressing) I think I can help you

Good afternoon. You can begin with this recipe & from here you can experiment with either ingredients & or amounts of these ingredients from time to time till you get what you are looking for.

4 cups shredded cabbage
1 small tart red apple, diced
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/8 tsp celery seed
1 tbsp sugar
1/3 cup cole slaw dressing*
Add salt & pepper to taste

*Leon this dressing varies to your liking. Start with:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp cream
1 1/2 tbsp distilled or rice vinegar
2 tsp lemon juice
OPTIONAL: 2 to 2 1/2 tbsp yogurt or sour cream. (Reduce mayo somewhat.)
