TACO TIME MEAT

Honestly the seasoning isn t that important. The texture is.

Cover your ground meat with just enough water to barely cover and boil it. Break up the meat with a spatula as it boils. Continue to boil until the water is evaporated out and all that is left is meat and grease. This will result in a flavorful ground meat that is very fine textured.

Drain the meat (the tallow can be saved for future cooking), season with salt, pepper, and onion powder (or use your favorite taco seasoning minus the water).

Once it s cooled down add some grated cheese which serves to bind the loose meat while it fries.
