Cool Oven Pound Cake

Cream together:

2 softened sticks of butter
3/4 cup of Crisco
3 cups of sugar
4 eggs (add one @ a time)
3 cups cake flour
1 pinch of salt
1 cup of milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon lemon extract

Spray tube pan w/ Pam. Put batter into pan THEN turn oven to 325 degrees, and cook for 1 hour (do not preheat oven). After 1 hour, continue to bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Check with toothpick
