Recipe: Corn Chowder in a Flash (using canned potato soup) (serves 2)
SoupsCORN CHOWDER IN A FLASH
1 medium onion, chopped
3 Tablespoons butter or margarine
1 can (about 15 ounces) cream-style corn
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) condensed cream of potato soup
3/4 soup can of milk or light cream
Salt and pepper to taste
In a large saucepan saut onion in butter until translucent.
Add corn, potato soup, milk, salt and pepper. Heat until hot. Do not boil.
Makes 2 servings
