CORN-CRISPED PORK CHOPS
6-8 center-cup pork chops, medium thick
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 cup Kellogg's Corn Flake Crumbs
1 teaspoon Accent (MSG, optional)
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Place chops in shallow baking pan lined with foil. Do not crowd.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 45 minutes or longer, depending on thickness of chops.
Makes 4 or more serving, depending on size of chops
