Recipe(tried): Corned beef

I cook it in the pressure cooker.
Put in the cooker along with the spices, 2 cups water, and 4-6 cloves of garlic. Cook at 15 lbs pressure for 45 minutes to an hour. I let it come down after 45 minutes and check it. If it isn't tender enough I give it 15 minutes more. Strain the juice and use it to cook vegetables.
Left overs make corn beef hash.
Cube corn beef and chop in the processor for a few seconds.
Grate an equal amount of cooked potato
Add grated onion to taste.
2 Tablespoons of flour.
1 teaspoon beef base unless corn beef is very salty
Mix well until blended.
Shape into cakes and chill.
cook on a lightly greased griddle until brown and crispy. Serve with eggs.Yum
