This is a recipe I picked up at Cracker Barrel when I was there. I haven't had this particular item from there but I have had their apple dumplings which are divine!
APPLE CRISP RECIPE
28 oz. Jar Cracker Barrel Fried Apples (or 6 C. fresh baking apples, peeled & sliced)
1/2 C. Cold Butter (not margine)

Place one jar of cracker Barrel Fried Apples (or fresh apples) in buttered 8" or 9" pie pan.
Combine Apple Crisp Mix with cold Butter
Mix with fork or fingers until mixture looks like coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over fruit.
Bake at 350 for 50 min (60 if used fresh apples) Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
