Recipe(tried): Cracker Goodies (using Town House Crackers)

Cracker Goodies
This is my husbands favorite. He requests these on his b'day instead of cake!

1 box Town House crackers
1 cup dates chopped
1 cup chopped pecans
1 can eagle brand condensed milk

Icing:
1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine
1 (4 oz) pkg cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar

Combine nuts dates and milk. Cook over med. heat for about 5 min. stirring constantly until thick. Spread about teaspoon on a cracker. Cream together margarine cream cheese and sugar. Spread over date mixture on crackers.

Delicious!
