Recipe: Golden Egg Bread with Variations (bread machine)

Breads - Bread Machine
GOLDEN EGG BREAD

1 1/2 tsp dry yeast
3 1/2 cups bread flour
2 Tbsp gluten
3 Tbsp Sue Bee Honey
2 eggs
6 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup warm water

Add ingredients to bread machine and bake according to manufacturers instructions.

VARIATIONS:

FOR HOLIDAY BREAD:
Add 2 to 3 drops of red food coloring for Christmas or Valentine's Day or 2 to 3 drops of green food coloring for St. Patrick's Day.

FOR ALMOND BREAD:
Add 1 tsp of almond extract and 3/4 cup slivered almonds.
