Cream Cheese Shrimp and Crabmeat Pizza, Cream Cheese Shrimp Pizza topped with Veggies and Mozzarella

COLD SHRIMP PIZZA
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup milk
1 cup catsup
1/2 tsp. horseradish
garlic powder
1 small can crabmeat
1 can medium deveined shrimp
Ritz crackers
Cream together cream cheese and milk. Spread on a large tray. Mix together catsup and horseradish; spread on top of cream cheese. Sprinkle lightly with garlic powder. Spread one can of crabmeat over sauce and one can shrimp over crabmeat. Arrange crackers standing on edge around edge of tray.
SHRIMP PIZZA
1 (8 oz.) container cream cheese, softened
1 (9 oz.) bottle shrimp cocktail sauce
1 can tiny shrimp, washed
diced raw vegetables: green and/or red pepper, onion, black olives, tomatoes, celery, etc.
shredded Mozzarella cheese
Spread cream cheese on large serving platter (approximately 12-inch diameter). Top with shrimp cocktail sauce. Sprinkle on raw diced veggies. Sprinkle with shredded Mozzarella cheese. Store in refrigerator until serving time. Serve with assorted crackers.
