Recipe(tried): Pampered Chef Spring Appetizer Pizza (using refrigerated crescent roll dough)
Appetizers and SnacksI do have the recipe for the Spring Appetizer Pizza from the Pampered Chef book. I really like this and its easy.
SPRING APPETIZER PIZZA
1 pkg refrigerated crescent rolls (8oz)
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 small garlic clove, pressed
1 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning mix
3/4 cup chopped fresh broccoli
1/3 cup chopped yellow and red bell pepper
1/8 cup chopped red onion
OPTIONAL:
They also have chopped ham and cucumber slices but I don't use these. I add whatever vegetables I like or have in the fridge. I use shredded carrots, diced tomatoes etc.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles. You can press onto the classic round baking stone or a pizza pan (I have also used a 13x9-inch rectangular baking sheet with sides). Press seams togetyher to seal the dough.
Bake 14-17 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.
Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic and seasoning in a small bowl. Spread over crust. (I have also used different seasoning depending on taste).
Top the baked crust with the vegetables. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer.
Cut into squares.
Hope this is what you are looking for,
Have a great weekend.
