CREAMY RIGATONI
3 1/2 cups (8 oz.) San Giorgio Rigatoni, uncooked
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup butter or margarine
Cook Rigatoni according to package directions; drain.
Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, combine soup, milk, cheese and parsley. Add butter; cook, over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until butter is melted and sauce is heated through.
Stir rigatoni into sauce.
Makes about 4 servings
