Misc.
This is for Mexican style semi-sour cream, it is very popular on many
mexican foods, try it you might like it!! SP

CREMA
(Mexican Cream)

A little like a mixture of what we know as Sour Cream and Crem Fra che.
It is less acidic than sour cream and less delicate than crem fra che.
An extra special - topping for Mexican foods such as: burritos, enchiladas even fruits and salads.

INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Heavy or Whipping Cream.
2 Tbs Cultured Buttermilk (or 1/4 Cup Plain Yogurt)

INSTRUCTIONS:
Blend both ingredients together and let set at room temperature for at least 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
Store in refrigerator -- this will keep for 10 days - 2 weeks if stirred occasionally.

ENJOY! j
