ISO: Mexican Dip

Misc.
Some of the Mexican restaurants in this area (Norfolk, VA) serve a
white sauce or dip along with salsa and chips. I have tried for
quite some time to come up the recipe for this sauce and have had
no luck. It is also a WONDERFUL salad dressing. If anyone out
there has any idea what I am talking about I would love to have the
recipe. The restuarants aren't sharing.
