Recipe: Crispy Chicken Wings (baked, using bread crumbs and Parmesan)

CRISPY CHICKEN WINGS

2 lb chicken wings
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 cup plain dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup margarine, melted
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Cut chicken wings in two pieces, discarding the tips.

In a small shallow bowl, combine butter and garlic powder. In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients.

Dip chicken into butter mixture, then into crumb mixture. Place on greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 to 60 minutes or until done.

Makes 20 servings
