Recipe: Crock Pot Oh-So-Easy Beef Stew (using canned mixed vegetables and leftover beef) for Kat
Main Dishes - Chilis, StewsOH-SO-EASY BEEF STEW
2 cups cooked leftover beef, cubed (or the beef you mentioned)
1 can (15 oz.) Veg-All Original Mixed Vegetables, drained or the frozen vegetables, drained)
1 green bell pepper, chopped (optional)
1 onion, chopped (optional)
1/2 cup of white wine or chicken broth
1 package (.75 oz.) mushroom gravy mix, prepared as directed on package (or the onion soup mix)
Put all ingredients in the crockpot. Mix the ingredients well.
Cover and cook in Low for 6 hours or until the stew is well cooked and with a wonderful aroma.
Servings: 4
