Recipe(tried): Crockette Recipe

This does involve much cooking, but it is a good one for when you are in a hurry to get the food on.

1 small steak (any round steak is good)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt, optional
pepper

Sprinkle salt and pepper over steak. Put steak in crock pot and pour can of soup over it. Cook about 8 hours. Good served over rice or noodles.
