Recipe(tried): Cucumber, Tomato, Zucchini Sauce

Toppings - Sauces and Gravies
Glut of tomato, cucumber and zucchini, so cut 4 thick sides off cucumber and zucchini, roughly chopped and added to tomato and onion. A tablespoon of garlic powder to a large pot, and salt to taste. In some I put capsicum, others a few chopped hot chili.

When cooked I:
1. blended and bottled.*
2. blended, and dehydrated on trays in Harvest Maid overnight until dry but pliable. mmmmm! (delicious on linseed crackers)
3. Some I left chunky and bottled for using as pasta sauce etc. The cucumber gives a wonderful flavor.*

Result is dozens of bottles of delicious veggies waiting for winter.
