"Simple to make (two room-temperature ingredients), and simple to apply (one pass will do). Subtle-sweet apricot undertone complements - not clashes - with other cranberry flavors."
1 cup light or dark corn syrup
1 cup apricot preserves
1 (12 to 14 pound) turkey
Combine corn syrup and apricot preserves in small bowl.
Brush glaze on turkey during last 10 to 20 minutes of cooking.
May reserve and use any remaining glaze to heat and serve with turkey after carving, if desired.
Makes 2 cups of glaze
